Terms of Service

Welcome to Co-Found ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using co-found.site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

Co-Found helps entrepreneurs, developers and creators find co-founders and teammates through profiles, connection requests, chat, and startup projects. We do not guarantee any match, partnership, or business outcome.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate information and keep your login details safe.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Send spam, scams, unsolicited advertising, or misleading investment offers.
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other members.
• Impersonate others or create fake profiles.
• Upload malware, illegal content, or content you do not have rights to.
• Scrape or copy member data.

To keep the community safe, we use automated tools (including AI) to detect spam in pitches and to check uploaded images for harmful content. Members can report profiles and messages — including messages in private team chats — to our team. We review reports and may remove content, limit, suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post (profile, messages, files, projects). You grant us a limited license to store and display it so the service can work. Do not share confidential information you are not ready to share — agreements between co-founders are your own responsibility.

5. Paid plans

Paid plans are billed through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime with one click via "Manage subscription" on your profile or the pricing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with advance notice. Consumers in the EU have statutory rights that these terms do not limit.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for the actions of other members. Always do your own due diligence before entering a partnership.

7. Termination

You can delete your account anytime from your profile settings. Deleting your account cancels any active subscription and removes your personal data. We may end access if these terms are violated.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are handled by Swedish courts unless mandatory law says otherwise.
